2025/26 SEASON CALENDAR ANNOUNCED

Another exciting Sprintcars Queensland calendar has been confirmed for the upcoming 2025/26 speedway season for both Sprintcars and 360-LS Sprintcars.  Sprintcars Queensland will visit Toowoomba, Gladstone, Lismore, Maryborough, Kingaroy, Rockhampton and Carina (TBC – pending a successful comeback post fence upgrades). 

Highlights of the calendar include the 360-LS Sprintcar Australian Championship being held at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway on 14 & 14 March (a week after the Queensland Title also being held in Toowoomba), along with the Thunder on the Downs and Red Hot Shootout in Toowoomba along with Gladstone’s premier events Harbour City Thunda & Harbour City Classic at Easter.

The Ultimate Sprintcar Championship will be held over 7 rounds through the season at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway with every round again paying $5,000 to win.  The Queensland Speedweek returns over Christmas visiting Kingaroy and Toowoomba with the high banks hosting 3 of the 4 rounds including the grand final that will once again be a twin feature night.  An exciting announcement about the 9 & 10 January scheduled event set for Toowoomba is coming soon, but it promises to be an event not to be missed.

Lismore also host two Sprintcar & 360-LS Sprintcar events throughout the season which will once again be popular events on the calendar. Maryborough Speedway is expected to be able to confirm in the coming days that they’ll host the Queensland Sprintcar Title in May. 

360-LS Sprintcars have a wonderful array of events right around the state, highlighted by a big 2-day show at Maryborough over Easter, multiple increased prize money events in Toowoomba this season, along with the Rockhampton (Rocky Nats) / Maryborough double header in April.   

The first official practice night kicks off in Toowoomba on Saturday 30 August, so its time to start getting revved up for another big season of Sprintcar & 360-LS Sprintcar action in Queensland.
